Training

Where our technicians train.

Our training center at the Orlando shop is where technicians from all seven shops come for classes and ongoing development.

TKSE's training center: three large screens on the wall with a camera above the middle one, and rows of desks with mesh chairs

State of the art, in Orlando.

The center at our Orlando shop has a large touch screen with a monitor on each side, so every seat has a clear view, and every desk has power and network connections for a laptop. It keeps our technicians on top of the latest in transport refrigeration.

Every shop joins in.

Classes can go out live from Orlando. Every shop has its own training setup with a large monitor and a remote camera, so our technicians meet, share what they know, and ask questions as if they were in the same room.

  • Service bulletins
  • Lessons learned, tips and advice
  • Knowledge sharing between shops

An investment.

A full-time Training Manager focuses solely on our technicians' development.

“We've always looked at training as an investment. An investment in our Customers, our people and our future.”
