What we do.

Thermo King of the Southeast (TKSE) installs TriPac APUs and does their preventive maintenance, including the 3rd Generation TriPac and the all-electric TriPac Envidia. TKSE also services truck heaters, installs and services A/C on buses and off-road equipment, and sells Thermo King bus HVAC and Red Dot systems and parts.

Which TriPac models do you work on?

Thermo King's current APUs are the 3rd Generation TriPac, a diesel unit, and the TriPac Envidia, which is all-electric. TKSE also services older TriPac units Thermo King no longer sells: call your shop with the model and serial number.

Is my TriPac under warranty?

Thermo King's warranty documentation sets the terms. The 3rd Generation TriPac doubled "the standard warranty for major components to four years and extended the bumper-to-bumper coverage to two years." Thermo King's Extended Warranty also covers the 3rd Generation TriPac diesel APU. See fleet programs.

How often does a TriPac need service?

Follow the service interval in Thermo King's operator's manual for your model. On the 3rd Generation TriPac, TracKing sends real-time alarm notifications and maintenance reminders.

My truck heater isn't blowing warm. What do you check?

The thermostat, the hoses, the heater valve, the coolant level and the controls.

Do you work on bus A/C?

Yes. TKSE installs and services A/C on buses and off-road equipment, and sells Thermo King bus HVAC and Red Dot and MEI systems and parts. See bus and mobile A/C.

Do you install EpicVue?
