Thermo King of the Southeast (TKSE) offers all four of Thermo King's fleet programs: Guaranteed Maintenance, the Extended Warranty, Centralized Billing and Fleet Lifecycle Management. Your shop sets them up.
It's a fixed-cost maintenance agreement covering both planned and unscheduled maintenance, as well as breakdown repairs.
Go above and beyond standard protection. Choose the comprehensive full unit or targeted major component coverage, or combine both.
It consolidates all Thermo King invoices into a single monthly statement.

These coverage options are available for Thermo King truck, trailer and APU units. Hour limitations do not apply for APU units. Ask your shop about additional warranties. Terms and conditions may apply.
The Extended Lifecycle Program provides certified refurbished TRU units, whether customers already own a Thermo King unit or want to buy an OEM refurbished Thermo King unit. Owner/operators and fleet managers can choose from multiple service packages, each of which varies in service parts review, component protection, and warranty length.

Blue Track is Thermo King's certification for dealer service locations. The Blue Track service model “defines service excellence through triage and express services, dwell-time monitoring, real-time updates to customers and extended dealership hours.”

Yes. Enhance your Thermo King extended warranty plan with a Guaranteed Maintenance Program. Full unit and major component coverage can be combined too.
Customers have work performed at an authorized Thermo King dealer, and the dealer invoices the customer's account. At the end of the month, Thermo King consolidates the invoices into one monthly statement and sends it to the customer for payment.
Yes. The coverage transfers when you sell the APU or reefer unit. Terms and conditions may apply.
