Thermo King of the Southeast Participates in 2023 Hunger Action Month

Thermo King of the Southeast is a community-minded team, and in September 2023 we took part in Hunger Action Month. Every year, Feeding America makes considerable strides against the hunger crisis in the United States, and our team was honored to participate in the 2023 program.

What is Hunger Action Month?

Hunger Action Month is held every September. Individuals, nonprofit organizations, businesses and many others come together to raise awareness and push for action against hunger. Participants may raise money, host events, share messages online or find other ways to spread the word about the challenges of hunger.

Who is Feeding America?

Feeding America supports food banks across the country and runs programs that raise awareness of hunger in the United States. Hunger is a complex issue, so Feeding America provides a variety of resources and support to address every side of it. It also works with surplus food and with countless local food banks to serve local communities.

Our involvement

Many of our products play a part in food delivery. Making sure that food reaches the tables of Americans is another challenge we want to take on.

We look forward to taking part in Hunger Action Month and other Feeding America programs in the future. To learn more about our community involvement, stop by any of our shops or browse our website. We serve customers from seven shops in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.
