Position Description - Accounting/Administrative


Performs complex accounting, administrative, and clerical work including, but not limited to: Answering phones, billing work orders, payroll, A/R, A/P processing and data entries. Performs various specialized accounting and clerical duties, which require in depth knowledge of the organization, programs, policies and procedures of the office and a general knowledge of accounting.


High school graduate with two or four year degree, or equal accounting/administrative assistant experience, preferably with office responsibilities; or an equivalent combination of education, and training. Strong computer skills, especially Word and Excel and Accounting Software. Pay DOE.
